About Our Kids

The NYU Child Study Center (CSC) presents About Our Kids on SIRIUS Doctor Radio, powered by NYU Medical Center. This weekly radio program offers for easy access to essential information and advice about child, teen and family mental health. Topics range from psychiatric disorders like autism and depression to encouraging healthy behaviors and school success.

Tune in to SIRIUS CH 114 on Friday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. EST.

Exceptional Student Education

The mission of the St. Lucie County School District is to ensure all students graduate from safe and caring schools, equipped with knowledge, skills and the desire to succeed. The Exceptional Student Education (ESE) department supports the Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for each child. McKay Scholarship Program

Florida’s school choice programs ensure that no child will be left behind by allowing parents to choose the best educational setting — public or private — for their child. The McKay Scholarships for Students with Disabilities Program provides Florida students with special needs the opportunity to attend a participating private school.
